What is reconciliation?
Reconciliation is nothing but the comparison of
the values between BW target data with the Source system data like R/3.
In general this process is taken at 3 places one is
comparing
(1)The info provider data with R/3 data,
(2) Compare the Query display data with R/3 or DSO data
(3) Checking the data available in info provider kefigure
with PSA key figure values.
The ultimate purpose is that, data in R/3 and data in
BW/BI should tally (if we use formulas and routines etc in BI then data differ
from R/3)
